How does Realistics make money?
Real estate agents typically set aside a portion of their commission for marketing and acquiring new clients. When we match you with a top-performing agent and your home successfully sells, that agent pays us a standard industry referral fee directly out of their normal commission. Your commission rate remains exactly the same as if you had found the agent on your own.
